The concept for KRG Services came together in the late 1990's. After supplying Technical support services to the high pressure, fast paced world of the Australian Financial Markets, which included installing and maintaining trading systems in Bank dealing rooms around the country, it was time for a change. I saw a niche in being able to offer this same high level of support and service to small to medium size business and hence KRG Services was born.

My background in IT support has seen me work for Dow Jones for 11 years originally starting as a Field Service Engineer in the Perth office. During his time at Dow Jones Markets I progressed through the company to become the Field Service Manager, based in Sydney, with a staff of 20 Engineers throughout Australia. My background in computer support has seen me working in the demanding and time critical environments of professional dealing rooms for companies such as Citibank, CBA, Reserve Bank, Bankwest and many other high profile organisiations. Upon leaving Dow Jones in late 1998 I set out in Sydney providing support services to small and medium businesses for the next 10 years. After my time in Sydney, the time came to pack the bags and head home to Perth (With the new family in tow) and set up again. I am now offering onsite Computer Supports services in the Perth Metropolitan region.
